LEXANTARA: Journal of Law, Business and Investment

Editorial Team

Editorial appointments will be announced on this page once confirmed. Each listing will show the person’s full name, editorial role, affiliation, country, subject expertise and ORCID or professional profile where available, and is published only with the person’s consent. The Editor in Chief, Managing Editor, subject editors and editorial board will be listed separately from any advisory board.

Editorial independence

The journal is published under Adhikara Publisher. The Editor in Chief controls scholarly acceptance independently of owners, sponsors, political authorities, advertisers and consulting clients. The publisher supplies administration and infrastructure and may raise integrity concerns, but may not require favourable decisions. Advisory titles do not imply responsibility for individual decisions. The editorial board is reviewed at least annually and unapproved or inactive listings are removed.

Conflicts of interest

Authors, reviewers and editors disclose material financial, professional, institutional, personal, academic or political interests and update them when circumstances change. Relevant legal roles include acting as counsel, arbitrator, mediator, expert witness, adviser or representative in a matter discussed, client ties, litigation funding and holdings affected by the analysis. A conflict does not itself prove misconduct; its significance is assessed together with whether disclosure or recusal is required. If duties prevent adequate disclosure, an independent editor decides whether meaningful review is possible.

Submissions from editors and the publisher

Editors, guest editors, board members, owners and closely connected authors may submit work only under independent handling with no conflicted access, reviewer selection or decision role. The same review standards apply, and the published article carries a handling disclosure without revealing reviewers. If the Editor in Chief is conflicted, full authority is delegated to an independent editor. Decision-making editors and staff do not administer article payments or waivers, and no compensation depends on acceptance.

Relationship with Adhikara Konsultama services

Adhikara Konsultama’s consulting, editing or legal clients receive no preferential route, guaranteed acceptance or bundled publication entitlement. Optional external services are neither required nor an advantage in review. Referrals between affiliated journals require author consent, fresh assessment and consent to share manuscripts or reports. Receipt by one journal does not establish acceptance by another.
